Prescott Cir. in Cuyahoga Falls, OH without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately 15(+) feet.

Prescott Cir., Cuyahoga Falls, OH, the employer failed to ensure that employees completing roofing activities were trained in the appropriate use of fall protection. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, personal fall arrest systems or devices.
