29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    a) Throughout Warehouse - On or about April 2, 2014 and times prior to, the employers written hazard communication program was not adequate in that it did not describe how the criteria required in this section related to labels and other forms of warning and employee information and training will be met, exposing employees to possible skin and eye irritations from chemicals including but not limited to diesel fuel, oxygen and acetylene.     The Cooksey Steel Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 513358, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 801 E. 2nd St., Tifton, GA 31794.
