29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings. 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about July 28, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Cactus Rig #143. Several cables that were coming from the generator trailer going through the suit cases were being pinched by the lid of one of the suitcases. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
