29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  Employees performing cleaning operations in the facility were exposed to corrosive chemicals used as cleaning agents and suitable facilities for drenching and flushing were not provided for immediate emergency use. The eyewash bottles available did not provide an uninterruptable supply of water.
