29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: (a) At the worksite, on or about July 22,2014: An employee was exposed to corrosive chemical Peelaway on his neck and arms wasn't provided with adequate emergency first aid on site and there was no followup medical treatment on the day of the chemical exposure, causing potentially permanent skin burns and damage. Abatement certification must be submitted.
