On or about June 30, 2014, employees who were performing cornice activities on a wood pole scaffold without guardrails were exposed to falls of 14 feet to the ground below. b. On or about June 30, 2014, employees who were performing cornice activities on a pump jack scaffold without guardrails were exposed to falls of 15 feet to the ground below.
