29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(iii)(C): Where an assured equipment grounding conductor program was being utilized, equipment found to be damaged or defective was being used prior to being repaired: Location: 418 South Tucker Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63102 At the job site, the employer failed to ensure the all electrical power equipment (power tools & flexible cords sets) were visually inspected for external defects prior to use. Visual inspection of a flexible cord set revealed insulation damage. The workers were exposed to an electrical hazard.
