29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): (Construction Reference: 1926.59). On or about 7/17/2014, the employer did not ensure employees were trained in the new Global Harmonization System training required by the Hazard Communication regulation. Employees use Acetylene, gasoline, rebar, etc. in the course of their job assignment. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
