29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(xi): Cable assemblies and flexible cords and cables were not supported in place at intervals that ensure that they will be protected from physical damage:  On or about July 30, 2014, and at times prior thereto, flexible cords and cables were not supported in place to safeguard from physical damage. Employees were exposed to electrical shock in the following instances:    1.      A yellow 25-foot 12AWG extension cord was suspended below the directional driller trailer (#960331) using chicken wire.   2.      A yellow 25-foot 12AWG extension cord was suspended below the mud engineer trailer (#960293) using chicken wire.
