29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected:   a) Walter Wurdack, Inc. @ 4977 Fyler Ave., St. Louis, MO 63139: On and before August 26, 2014, the employer did not ensure that flammable liquids were electrically interconnected. An employee poured a Class 3 flammable liquid, HPP 1161 which had a flash point of 80 °F, from a steel drum into a steel mixing vessel without first bonding the containers. This condition exposed the employee to a fire hazard.

Employees were provided and required to wear 3M elastomeric, half-face, air-purifying respirators, which were equipped with combination (organic vapor and particulate) filters when they manufactured paint products.
