29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about July 25, 2014, employees performing residential stuccowork activities were working on the roof without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the concrete below.

On or about July 25, 2014 the employer did not ensure employees engaged in stuccowork activities were trained to recognize and avoid fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize or avoid those hazards.
