29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about July 30, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Rig #80. The supply container, where the employee performed some of his duties, was not grounded. This exposed the employee to electrical hazards.
