Oscar's Abatement LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 729821, citation number 01, item number 001(c), issued on February 11, 2013, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Fan Hill Road, Monroe, CT 06468.
