29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:  a) X-ray storage:  On or about August 1, 2014, stored boxes were unstable and could slide and fall onto somone.  b) IT storage: On or about August 1, 2014, boxes and sundry computer equipment were stored haphazardly and could fall onto someone.  c) Flammable cabinet: On or about August 1, 2014, cardboard was stored inside and on top of a flammable liquid storage cabinet which contained flammable liquids and aerosols.   d) Mechanical room off of Maintenance Area: On or about August 1, 2014, materials stored on top of the air handling unit protruded into the walkway.   e) Materials Management: On or about August 1, 2014, shelves used for storage were damaged and warped.
