Devoe Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(viii)(A)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 521779, Citation 1, Item 4b and was affirmed as a final order on 8/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 38 Jacksonville Road, East Machias, Maine.
