Worksite located at 3500 E. 149th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees would elevate their mobile scaffold (scissor lift) to approximate eye level with the joists or girders and then proceed to climb out of the lift via the guardrails which could no longer be used for fall protection. Employees would climb out of the lift without the use of any fall protection.
