An employee's exposure to a substance listed in Table Z-3, in any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week, exceeded the 8-hour time weighted average limit given for that substance in the table. a) Glenn Hunter & Associates Inc., 1286 County Rd. 6 Delta, OH: On or about September 10, 2014, the employer did not ensure that an employee working in and around the crusher house was not exposed to total dust in excess of the permissible exposure limit. An employee operating a shaker truck, was exposed to total dust at an eight-hour time weighted average of 16.8707mg/m3 which exceeded the OSHA Permissible Exposure limit of 15.00 mg/m3 by 1.1247%.
