29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. a) Buttonwood Court, Moorestown, NJ: On or about 08/05/2014 Cornell Homes was the controlling employer on a jobsite and did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons. As such two WVM Construction employees were exposed to fall hazards of nearly 23 feet while installing roof trusses with no form of fall protection.
