29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made:    On or about August 6, 2014, at the well site Burrow #3H, in and around the tanks, mixing area and chemical bulk storage, there were uncovered ditches that were twelve inches wide and nine inches deep. Employee(s) exposed to a tripping hazard.     Helmerick & Payne International Drilling Co., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupation Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1), which was contained in inspection number 933063 , citation number 01, item number 01, which became final order on November 17, 2013, with respect to the drill site , Elk #1H, CR 2776, in Brazos County, Texas.       Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps it is taking to ensure the ditches in walkways are sufficiently guarded so employees can not fall into them or trip.
