29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(v): Each employee on a walkway located within a scaffold was not protected by a guardrail system (with a minimum 200 pound toprail capacity) installed within 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) of and along at least one side of the walkway: a. On or about August 6, 2014 on the east side of the frame structure, an employee installing bar drafters was using a carpenter's scaffold that did not have guardrails, exposing employees to a 17 feet 2 inch fall hazard.
