29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) For employees working at 5750 Fruitville Road in Sarasota, as observed on August 7, 2014. Employees working in the lumber area were storing cleaning supplies and materials in a space where a junction box did not have a cover plate on it. The electrical box supplied 120 volt AC current to the panel saw.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(iii)(F): The raceway was not fastened at its outer end and at other points as necessary: a) For employees working at 5750 Fruitville Road in Sarasota, as observed on August 7, 2014. Employees working in the garden center were cleaning and assisting customers in the area of the water fountain displays. The raceway for the conductors was not fastened at either end to the adjoining metal boxes. The conductors in the raceway supplied 120 volt AC current to the fountain displays.
