29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Front of store located at 3437 Mars Hill Road, Acworth, Georgia. Two employees, in an elevated aerial lift basket, approximately 8-feet above a concrete slab, were not wearing positioning belts or personal fall arrest systems, which should have been attached to the boom or the platform of the lift by a lanyard.
