This condition exposed employee to falls greater than 6 feet. ANTONIO RUBALCABA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 3782141, CITATION NUMBER 002, ITEM NUMBER 01 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 21, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7236 LONGSPUR, EL PASO TX, 79911.
