29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) All Around Roofing & Exteriors at 2060 Harmony Park Drive, Westminster, CO 80234: On and before 7/24/14, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by subcontractor employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a residential 2 story single family home. This condition exposed employee to fall hazards of approximately 29 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
