29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel:  a) In shipping department - The employer failed to ensure employees operating forklift trucks maintained a clear view of the path of travel, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck-by the load and/or forklift trucks. The operator of a Toyota forklift truck was moving in the forward direction with 4 stacks of flexible ducts approximately 8.5 feet high that obstructed the operator's path of travel.
