29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:    (a)Multi Framing Inc. at 3500 Rockmont Drive, Denver, CO 80202:  On and before August 7th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the stairway on the south end, used to access from the ground level to the second floor, included a mid-rail.  The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of  14 feet.    Abatement Note:  29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(7) also applies in that the top height of a stairrail system that serves as a handrail shall be no more than 37 inches high from the upper surface of the tread, in line with the face of the riser at the forward edge of the tread.
