29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) In Building 7, Courtyard 3, on August 5, 2014, employees performing carpentry and framing work were exposed to slips, trips, and falls due to no housekeeping strategies being enforced at the work site.
