29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  (a) East wall of the Suspension Shop, 111 Rose Street, Williamsport, PA - Employee access to overcurrent devices (electrical panels) for the overhead lights, exhaust fans, and auxiliary equipment was blocked by a work bench, boxes, equipment and weights. Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013.    (b) East wall of the Trailer Shop, 111 Rose Street, Williamsport, PA - Employee access to overcurrent devices (electrical panels) for the overhead lights and auxiliary equipment was blocked by a cabinet and work bench. Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy.  (a) East wall of the Trailer Shop, 111 Rose Street, Williamsport, PA - Employees operated and started electrical equipment near exposed energized conductors (120V) in an uncovered electrical outlet box. Employees were exposed to contact with electrical current, as observed on or about August 8, 2014.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Suspension Shop, 111 Rose Street, Williamsport, PA - Employees operated a Canedy-Otto Drill Press (Serial No. C1170) that did not have guarding protecting employees from the rotating shaft and at the point of operation. Employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard, on or about August 8, 2014.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
