Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013.    (b) East wall of the Trailer Shop, 111 Rose Street, Williamsport, PA - Employee access to overcurrent devices (electrical panels) for the overhead lights and auxiliary equipment was blocked by a cabinet and work bench. Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
