29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. (a) East wall of the Suspension Shop, 111 Rose Street, Williamsport, PA - Employee access to overcurrent devices (electrical panels) for the overhead lights, exhaust fans, and auxiliary equipment was blocked by a work bench, boxes, equipment and weights. Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013. (b) East wall of the Trailer Shop, 111 Rose Street, Williamsport, PA - Employee access to overcurrent devices (electrical panels) for the overhead lights and auxiliary equipment was blocked by a cabinet and work bench. Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about June 19, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.

Employees were exposed to contact with electrical current, as observed on or about August 8, 2014. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
