29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour:  A) Near office trailer, on or about August 5, 2014, oxygen cylinders in storage were not properly separated from acetylene and other fuel gases, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
