29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Only loads within the rated capacity of the truck shall be handled. a. On or about August 7, 2014, in the fascia 502-DLOC area, a forklift operator was required to lift loads exceeding the forklift's rated capacity of 4400 pounds. The forklift was carrying a load of 4482 pounds. Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with forklift tipping and turnover.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vii): Switchboards, panelboards, and distribution boards installed for the control of light and power circuits, and motor control centers shall be located in dedicated spaces and protected from damage. On or about August 7, 2014, in the rear fascia side by station 11, line 385, employees were required to use a forklift to move materials to and from a rack passing directly in front of an electrical control panel. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with electrical shock.
