29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide. On or about July 23, 2014, on the west side of the residential building, employees engaged in cornice activities from a pole scaffold worked from a platform that was not 18 inches wide. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 15 feet to the lower level.
