29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not contain at least the elements in 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(A) through (c)(1)(ii)(C): The employer did not ensure that the exposure control plan included the following information: a) Documentation of the annual review in 2014 in that the plan had documentation of a review on May 28,2013 but had no documentation of the annual review in 2014 at the time of the inspection; b) Identification of the EPA approved germicide to be used for decontaminating contaminated work surfaces; c) Procedures for laundering of employee personal clothing that becomes contaminated with blood or other potentially infectious materials.
