29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading Exit : a) Rear retail area: On or about August 20, 2014, and at times prior, workers were exposed to delayed emergency evacuation where an Exit sign with arrow indicating a travel direction change was 19 feet from the correct location and directed workers into a wall. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
