The employees were exposed to a 12'9" fall hazard as no fall protection measures were in place.    Violation observed on or about 7/29/2014.   b)  Work Site:    646-648 Market Street, Newark, NJ    Employees conducting water proofing around the walls of the roof were exposed to a 50 foot fall to the ground below, through a 36" parapet opening, as no fall protection measures were in place.    Violation occurred on or about 7/29/2014.
