Wood Edge Ct, Lees Summit Missouri.- employees were exposed to serious hazards, in that the unprotected sides and edges of the elevated work area was not provided with guardrails or any other means of fall protection. The employees were exposed to an approximate 11 to 14 ft fall hazard to the surfaces below. Abatement certification for this item is not required.
