29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Employees engaged in masonry work were not protected from the hazards of falling while working from a canopy with a height of approximately 10.2 feet above the ground. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
