29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On August 13, 2014 employees were not protected from a fall while roofing a residential property, exposing employees to a fall of over 18 feet from the roof to grade. Freddy Soils dba Freddy's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 617538, citation number 02, item number 01 and was issued on September 12, 2012 and became final order on or about October 8, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 4255 Hamlin, Chicago, IL. Freddy Soils dba Freddy's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which contained in OSHA inspection number 110872, citation number 01, item number 01 and was issued on or about January 31, 2012 and became final order on or about February 24, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 2059 Mozart St. Chicago IL.
