29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor shall not have other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function.  a.  On or about August 13, 2014 - at the above addressed jobsite, two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty three (23) feet due to the safety monitor having other responsibilities, such as applying roofing material to the roof deck.
