(a) Roof, new residential construction located at 360 Adverston Court, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employees were not protected from eye injuries while engaged in roofing activities using pneumatic Hitachi (Model-NV45AB2) Coil Roofing Nail Guns without safety glasses or goggles. Employees were operating these roofing guns which fired 1-1/4-inch roofing nails at 120 PSI with no eye protection.
