On or about August 12, 2014, the interior surfaces of the spray booth was not designed to prevent pocketing of residues and facilitate cleaning and washing, the interior back (north) wall and the east wall were not smooth and continuous and a tarp was used to cover the front area of the spray booth, exposing employees engaged in spray finishing operations to the hazard of fire and/or explosion.

Aliphatic Hydrocarbon Solvent, 3% Styrene, 17 % Methyl n-Amyl Ketone, 3% Cyclohexanone {skin designation}, 7% nButyl Acetate).
