29 CFR 1910.107(b)(2): The interior surfaces of spray booths were not smooth and continuous without edges and otherwise designed to prevent pocketing of residues and facilitate cleaning and washing without injury.  On or about August 12, 2014, the interior surfaces of the spray booth was not designed to prevent pocketing of residues and facilitate cleaning and washing, the interior back (north) wall and the east wall were not smooth and continuous and a tarp was used to cover the front area of the spray booth, exposing employees engaged in spray finishing operations to the hazard of fire and/or explosion.

Aliphatic Hydrocarbon Solvent, 33% Toluene, 5% Xylene, 4% Methanol, 10% 2Propanol, 21% Acetone) and KEM 4000 High Solids Acrylic Alkyd Enamel Ultra Deep Base B55T304 (1% Med. Aliphatic Hydrocarbon Solvent, 3% Styrene, 17 % Methyl n-Amyl Ketone, 3% Cyclohexanone {skin designation}, 7% nButyl Acetate).
