OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: a) 1998 Delk Industrial Boulevard Southeast, Marietta, GA 30067: An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet while using a Crown 4520-50 electric forklift to lift a metal personnel platform that was not fastened to the lift and the platform had no midrail for the entry area.
