Scott St., Tampa, FL 33602, as observed on or about 08/13/2014, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 30 ft. while unloading a forklift from an open sided balcony of an apartment complex under construction.

Scott St., Tampa, FL 33602, as observed on or about 08/13/2014, employees were exposed to 30 ft. fall hazards while unloading a forklift from an open sided balcony and had not received any fall protection training.
