29 CFR 1926.651(d): Employees exposed to public vehicular traffic were not wearing warning vests provided by the employer: Worksite located at 101 S Sooner Road. Del City, OK 73117. On or about August 14, 2014, employees were performing work activities in or around a trench and were not wearing high-visibility vest. The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from vehicular traffic.
