On or about August 7, 2014, employees were power washing a metal roof at a height greater than 6 feet with an unprotected roof edge. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1903.19(D).
