29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment. On August 13, 2014 and at times prior to employees were exposed to pharmacy chemical hazards without training and instruction on PPE to use when working in lab with compounding chemical mixtures.
