29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a.) Quantico FBI Academy Building 9: On or about 08/13/14, male attachment plugs equipped with a ground prong were not used in accordance with its listing and labeling in that the attachment plugs were mounted onto Wood Head string lights designed without a ground wire. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
