29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: a- Building 38 Heavy Maintenance Shop - Sibley Drill Press, Model #C-20 50 upright drill press was neither secured to floor or secured in some other manner to prevent it from toppling over. Condition observed on or about 07/23/14. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
