29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms are more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface shall be used. Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access. a. At the worksite where employees used a tubular frame scaffold to apply a stucco surface to the exterior of the house, a safe means to access the working platforms of the scaffold was not provided, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. a. At the worksite located at Tartan Ridge lot 27, Dublin, Ohio 43017, an employee was applying a stucco surface to the front of the house from a 15 foot, 10 inch high scaffold that was not fully planked exposing the employee to a fall hazard. GIII Reitter Walls was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954543, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Ellington Circle, Columbus, OH 43213.

At the worksite located at Tartan Ridge lot 27, Dublin, Ohio 43017, an employee was applying a stucco surface to the front of the house from a 15 foot, 10 inch high without guardrails installed on the ends or open sides thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard. GIII Reitter walls was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954543, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Ellington Circle, Columbus, OH 43213.
