29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i):  Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft:  On or about 08/14/2014, two unguarded projecting shaft ends projected more than one half inch and were not guarded by nonrotating caps or safety sleeves.  a)  The projecting shaft end of the bagging machine's conveyor belt measured approximately 1.25 inches in diameter and projected 1.25 inches.  b)  The projecting shaft end of the auxiliary conveyor belt measured approximately 1 inch in diameter and projected 1.38 inches.
