29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): (a) On or about 8/18/14 - at the Pipe Yard, the horn and beacon light were not working on the Yale 5176 forklift. (b) On or about 8/18/14 - at the Pipe Yard, the beacon light was not working on the Yale 5830 forklift. (c) On or about 8/18/14 - at the Pipe Yard, the beacon light was not working on the Cat 5629 forklift. (d) On or about 8/18/14 - at the Pipe Yard, the beacon light was not working on the Yale 6395 forklift. (e) On or about 8/18/14 - at the Pipe Yard, the back-up alarm and beacon light were not working on the Kalmar 4318 forklift. (f) On or about 8/18/14 - at the Pipe Yard, the brake lights were broken on the Cat 4179 forklift. (g) On or about 8/18/14 - at the Pipe Yard, there were no brake lights on the Toyota 5852 forklift.
